HOW TO MAKE FROTHING MILK
1. Press the steam button “ ”, the steam indicator will start ashing. When steam indicator becomes
steady, the pre-heating is nished.
2. To make the frothing milk ll the stainless steel jug with 100gm of milk, it is recommended to use whole
milk at refrigerator temperature (not hot).
Note: while choosing the size of jug, it is recommended the diameter must not be less than 70±5mm,
and keep in mind that the milk increases in volume by 2 times so make sure the height of jug is large
enough to avoid any type of overow.
3. Insert the steam wand into the milk about two centimetre, then turn the knob to the “ ”. position,
steam will come out from the steam outlet. Froth milk in the way moving the jug round from up to down.
Warning: Be sure to operate carefully as the steam may result in scald to person.
After getting the required amount of froth turn the knob o󰀨.
Note: Clean steam outlet with moist cloth or sponge immediately after steam stops generating, in
cleaning process of this try to avoid touching the steam wand and nozzle!
The steam wand can be used to froth milk only or to make hot beverages like drinking chocolate
and hot water.
4. And thus with the help of prepared frothed milk you can make the desired co󰀨ee type that you want to make.
Note: After making steam, you can press “ ” or “ ” button immediately to brew co󰀨ee again.
The co󰀨ee indicator will ash quickly if the temperature is too high, at this time, you need to reduce the
temperature by following the operation as below. Turn the knob to “Hot water” setting “ ”, and then the
hot water will dispense. When the temperature goes down ,the pump will stop automatically and you
should turn the knob o󰀨 , then you can brew co󰀨ee again.
HOW TO MAKE HOT WATER
You can use this co󰀨ee maker to get the hot water also in order to just drink it or to make tea and infusions.
Once the co󰀨ee maker is preheated, turn the knob to “ ”, position, and then the hot water will dispense
from steam wand. When desired amount of hot water is got, turn the knob o󰀨. Before making hot water,
make sure to place a cup under the steam wand.

as big brother of cappuccino made with 1/3 part single or double shot of espresso and rest 2/3
part is steamed milk with small layer of frothed milk.
In order to make the ca󰀨e latte at home rst prepare the espresso co󰀨ee and frothed milk with the

“MAKE ESPRESSO COFFEE”.
To make the best ca󰀨e latte it is advisable to layer the espresso co󰀨ee and milk perfectly.
Fill the 1/3 bottom part of cup with double shot of espresso co󰀨ee.
Pour in the 2/3 part of steamed milk on the top of the espresso co󰀨ee with the help of spoon in order to
prevent the milk get mixed with the co󰀨ee.
On the top of the steamed milk make a thin layer of milk foam.
And thus, you have ready your own ca󰀨e latte.
