Batido verde saludable
100 gr. espinacas
1 aguacate
2 bananas
Yogur 300ml
1. Agregue todos los ingredientes a la taza mezcladora alta y gire la cuchilla extractora.
2. Bloquear y mezclar hasta que quede suave.
Hummus
60 ml de caldo de pollo o verduras
14 oz lata de garbanzos (escurridos)
3 dientes de ajo
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
3 cucharadas de tahini (pasta de sésamo)
1. Agregue todos los ingredientes en la taza de mezcla alta.
2. Gire la cuchilla extractora y mezcle hasta que quede suave.
3. Agregue sal y pimienta al gusto.
4. Servir con pan de pitta caliente.
Daiquiri de fresa
Hielo
4 oz Mezcla de daiquiri de
2 oz Ron ligero
Puñado de fresas frescas o congeladas

4. Para crear diferentes sabores, agregue diferentes ingredientes a la receta clásica, por ejemplo,

que quede suave.
