HOW TO CHOP OR MINCE FOOD
1. Place the bowl on a counter or other at surface, then slide the blade down over the shaft in the bowl.
Be careful not to touch the blades as they are extremely sharp.
2. Place dry food in the bowl, you can place the desired food as per chopping guide or you can use
chopper to chop any food item.
3. Position the motor unit onto the bowl lid, lining up the motor unit locking tabs to the bowl lid locking slots
till the motor unit locks.
Note: For user protection, this unit has a lid locking system, the unit will not work unless the tabs in the
motor unit and slots in the bowl align and locked properly. Do not attempt to operate the unit without
locking the motor unit in place.
4. To use the chopper, press the power button and chopper will turn on.
Note: This product has a “pulse action” feature. Avoid running the motor continuously in working mode
for over 30 seconds. As long as the pulse is continuous, the texture will be ner. For coarsely chopped
foods, use short pulses.
5. Make sure the blade stops rotating completely before removing the motor unit and emptying the
bowl. Unplug the unit. Remove the motor unit and grasp the plastic blade hub. carefully pull the blade
assembly out. Remove the bowl and empty the processed food. Do not use bowl for storing food.
Whisking egg whites
1. Place the bowl on a counter or other at surface, then slide the whisk down over the shaft in the bowl.
2. You can use the plastic shaft to whisk the eggs or mix cake bater.
3. Place the bowl cover onto the bowl and position the motor unit onto the bowl, the embossment on
the bowl cover is linked up to the hole on the motor unit, lining up the motor unit locking tabs to the
bowl locking slots till the motor unit locks.
4. Press the power button and operate for 1mins. Be sure the whisk stops rotating completely before
removing the bowl cover. Unplug the unit. Remove the motor unit and grasp the plastic blade hub.
carefully pull the whisk assembly out. Remove the bowl and empty the processed food. Do not use
bowl for storing food.

FOOD TYPE PREPARATION HINTS
Fresh Bread, toasted or
stale
Use 1 slice at a time, torn into several pieces. Use various cycles of
10 seconds ON and 2 min OFF, until achieves desired thickness of
bread crumb.
Fruits and vegetables Soak the fruits and vegetables in the water and drains the water out
and process it with various cycles of 20seconds ON, and 2 min OFF,
until gets the desired thickness of puree.
Parsley and other leafy
herbs
Wash and dry thoroughly, then pulse or process up to 100g of it.
Use the chopper various cycles of 15seconds on and 2 minutes o󰀨
position, until achieves desired thickness of food items.
Nuts Pulse or process up to 100g of nuts with various cycles of 15s econds
ON and 2 minutes OFF, until achieves desired thickness of food items.
Cookies, crackers Pulse or process up to 60g cookies or crackers, with various cycles of
15seconds ON and 2 minutes OFF, until achieves desired thickness of
food items.
Fresh beef or pork
Cut into
60mm*20mm*20mm bulk
Process up to 40g of sliced pieces of fresh beef or pork with various
cycles of 20seconds ON and 2 minutes OFF, until achieves desired
thickness of food items.
8. Cleaning and maintenance
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
Wash the bowl, blade assembly immediately after every single use either with warm/soapy water or
in the dishwasher. Wipe o󰀨 the motor unit with a damp cloth- do not immerse in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the
gloss loss.
