TIPS FOR FRUIT SELECTION
1. Select and use fresh fruits and vegetables, which contain more juice. Particularly suitable fruits include:
pineapple, celery sticks, apples, cucumbers, spinach, melons, tomatoes, oranges, grapes, and the like.
