5. And once the App is connected with the Weigh Scale, start weighing, put food on the top of the

scale If the scale reads “12g”, the App also will display “12g”.

6. Now if you want to nd the nutritional value of foods that you consume.

7. Then Click “FOOD NUTRITION”, nd the type of your food.

8. Click the category of your food, for example, “bread” and put it on to the top of the scale and

the mobile screen shows the correct nutritional value.

9. So to nd the nutritional value of any food just click the food category from the list and this way

you will have correct nutritional value.

The chart given below is the example of the type of the food with its nutritional value mentioned

in OK OK Nutrition App:
