Placing Your Glass Grill
Use your grill indoors. You only need an electrical outlet.
(Of course, do not use the grill in or near water such as a
pool, a fountain, or any place you wouldn’t use any other
electrical appliance.
Do not use the grill outdoors in the rain or during a
thunderstorm.)
Set the Glass Grill on a at and safe surface. Make sure the
surface is not too fragile or sensitive to heat.
Before Using Your Grill for the First Time
1. Clean the glass ceramic surface with a soft, diluted
detergent and wipe thoroughly. Dry the grill.
2. Attach the oil tray on the back of the grill.
3. Connect the grill to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
4. Turn the temperature control dial to high. Do not put any
food on the grill. There may be a little smoke when the
grill heats for the rst time. Don’t worry, this is normal and
is not dangerous.
5. A few minutes later, your new Grill will be ready for the
rst of many years of healthy and safe use.
Note: Outside the grill area can use for keep warm function.
Operation Instruction

2. Turn the temperature control dial clockwise from off

indicator is the heat indicator.
3. Preheat the grill for 4 to 6 minutes before using.
4. Cook food as you would on any other grill.
Max. temperature approx. 240ºC.
Some tips in cooking
The Grill is designed to cook food directly on the ceramic
glass surface — it’s healthy, hygienic, and a fast, easy way
to cook. It saves time and energy, and there are no messy
pans to clean.
Before you grill any food on the glass grill, you can use a
small quantity of cooking oil putting on the glass for better
results. Vegetable, egg, apjack, sh, prawns, teppanyaki,
etc. need a little oil. Meat, pork, bacon, etc. only need
less oil, because they are with fat inside.
If you plan on using oil when cooking, choose one with a
high smoke point, like Canola or Sunower.
Anyway, adding some cooking oil on glass before heating,
can reduce food sticky on the glass phenomenon.
Do not use condiment with acid medium under cook, such
as vinegar.
After each barbecue, use scraper clear the surplus food
debris on the glass to oil tray in time for reducing food
sticky.
Reasonable control the temperature setting and grill time
can effectively reduce the food burnt and turned black.
Use your favorite grilling utensils and knives to cut directly
on the durable glass-top surface. Do not use plastic
utensils. Do not place plastic containers on the grill.
Use aluminum foil for dishes that need to be steamed or
to retain the juices (and all the avor) of the food.
You can use salt, cooking spice such as cumin powder
while in grill for more better taste. You also can use
some barbecue sauce on the grilled food to satisfy your
appetite.
Cook food in any order — vegetables after steak or sh
after burgers. Gently scrape the cooking surface to remove
any food residue and to eliminate transferring the smell or
taste of one food to another. Reduce the heat and use the
grill as a food warmer when you are done cooking.
