USING YOUR GRILL GRIDDLE
1. Wash the hotplate and drip tray in warm soapy water using a mild household detergent. Dry
hotplate and drip tray thoroughly. Place drip tray into base. For easy cleaning, line the drip
tray with aluminum foil. This will collect the fats and juices. For better non-stick performance,
“season”the cooking surface of the hotplate by applying a thin coat of cooking oil.
2. Connect the main plug to a suitable socket ( kindly make sure the voltage and frequency
should match the rating label on the product).
3. Set the desired temperature by means of the temperature control. The indicator lamp lights
up.
4. The unit, on its use, might emit light smell. It is however of no consequence and lasts only
Ensure ventilation.
5. As soon as this temperature is attained,the check light goes off.
6. When the griddle has cooled down,the grill is heated up again automatically.The indicator
lamp glows till the set temperature is attained again.
7. Always turn the temperature control to “OFF”,to switch off the griddle.
8. Pull out the mains plug from the socket and pull the plug from the connecting socket.
9. Carry the griddle only by the handles.
10. Let the griddle cool down outside the reach of the children.
CAUTION: Grill surfaces are hot during use.
