Problem
The refrigerator does not
work.
The refrigerator does not work
efciently as expected.
It makes unusual noise.
Disgusting odour happens.
Water leaks from the bottom of the
refrigerator.
Heavy frost occurs on the rear of
the appliance.
The compressor keeps working
for a long period.
It may not be connected to the power supply (plug,
power cut or fuse); Voltage is too low.
If may be caused by heavy frost, or by warm
tempeature setting, or by frequently door operating.
It may be caused by an imabalance or loose ground
locating the appliance, or by resonation between the
appliance and other ambient objects.
Food with strong odour should be packed tihtly before
being put inside the appliance. Please check whether
there is any deteriorated item or whether the liners are
left dirty for a long time.
The drain tube is jammed. Please use a proper tool to
solve it.
Putting humid or hot food into the appliance may cause
this problem. Or it may be caused by the heavy
environment moisture.
The environment temperature may be too high. The
doors may be opened frequently or even they are left
open. The temperature control knob setting in (4-6)
state may increase the working time of compressor.
Solution
TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS
The follow cases are not malfunction:
1. When the machine is functioning properly, both
sides will become hot, temperature may reach to
50°C, and also the compressor temperature may
reach 80°C.
2. The refrigerant may circulate uid in the
tube which sounds (gulu gulu) like owing
water.
3. As the temperature is too high in summer, the
appliance’s work time becomes longer.
