næste måling foretages.
Afvigende eller usandsynlige resultater kan
forekomme ved:
Personer med feber, symptomer på væskeansam-
linger eller knogleskørhed
Personer i dialysebehandling
Personen, som indtager medicin, som vedrører
hjerte og blodkar
Gravide
Sportsudøvere, som dyrker mere end 10 timers
intensiv træning om ugen og har en hvilepuls på
under 60/min
Elitesportsudøvere og bodybuildere
Unge under 17 år.
Analysen er baseret på måling af den elektriske
kropsmodstand. Spise- og drikkevaner fordelt over
dagen og den enkeltes livsstil har indflydelse på
kroppens vandprocent. Dette ses ved udsving i
visningen.
For at opnå et analysresultat, som er så nøjagtigt
som muligt, og som kan indgå i en reel sammen-
ligning med tidligere og kommende resultater, skal
forudsætningerne for målingen være ens fra gang
til gang.
Desuden kan følgende faktorer have
indflydelse på vandprocenten:
Efter et bad kan der vises en for lav fedtprocent
og en for høj vandprocent.
Efter et måltid kan måleværdien være højere.
Ved kvinder optræder der cyklusbetingede
udsving.
