the number of steps in conjunction with the step

size stored in the Soehnle Connect app. If required,

the step size used can be adjusted in the device set-

tings of the Fit Connect 100 in the Soehnle Connect

app; the step size on delivery is 70 cm.

Sleep mode

The recording of sleep must be started by the user

by activating the sleep mode, which is explained

below. In contrast to daily activities, sleep meas-

urement results are only displayed in the Soehnle

Connect app. In sleep mode, the device does not

count any steps during movement, but analyzes the

movement data with regard to sleep quality.

Activating the sleep mode :

To start the sleep function, ﬁrst change to the sleep

mode display

by touching the sensor key. Now

hold the sensor button for approx. 5 seconds. Sleep

mode is activated. You can recognize this by the fact

that the tracker only activates and displays the dis-

play with a moon and the time.
