4. Puesta en marcha
1. Suelte el gancho (

) de la presilla del cinturón pectoral (

).
2. Colóquese el cinturón y vuelva a cerrar el gancho.
Coloque el módulo de emisión (
A
) debajo del músculo pectoral en el
caso de los hombres o de los senos en las mujeres (

). El cinturón
debería estar bien cerrado alrededor del tórax y las superficies del
sensor (

) deberían tener un buen contacto con la piel. Lleve el
rastreador directamente sobre la piel, ya que, de lo contrario, no se
podrá realizar ninguna medición.
Asegúrese de que el cinturón no esté demasiado flojo ni dema-
siado apretado y que esté bien colocado a su alrededor. Para ello
encontrará marcas en la parte interior del módulo emisor que
indican izquierda y derecha. En caso necesario, ajuste la longitud
del cinturón al contorno de su pecho.
3. Levante el módulo emisor y humedezca ligeramente las superficies
del sensor (

).
4. Poco después de que las superficies del sensor entren en contacto
con la piel, el módulo emisor empieza a enviar los datos del pulso
por Bluetooth
®
a la aplicación conectada.
5. Pulse el botón en la aplicación para conectar el cinturón pectoral.
Ahora se mostrará su frecuencia del pulso actual en la aplicación.
5. Cambio de pila
1. Abra el compartimento de la pila en la parte posterior del módulo
emisor (
5.1
).
2. Cambie la pila vacía por una pila nueva.
¡CUIDADO!
Coloque la pila correctamente. Tenga en cuenta la
polaridad. Utilice únicamente pilas de litio de tipo CR2032.
3. Vuelva a girar la cubierta en el compartimento de la pila.
