Measuring your pulse

To measure your pulse, put the ﬁtness tracker on and switch

to pulse rate mode (4.2). Hold the sensor button down for

approx. 5 seconds. The pulse is now measured and shown

on the corresponding display. Finding the pulse can take a

few seconds initially. Wear the tracker directly against your

skin, otherwise no measurement is possible. To deactivate

the pulse function, hold down the sensor button for approx.

5 seconds whilst pulse measurement is switched on. Once

released, pulse measurement switches off.

Activating sleep mode

First switch to displaying sleep mode (

4.10

) by touching

the sensor button. Now hold the sensor button down for

approx. 5 seconds. Sleep mode is activated.

Deactivating sleep mode

Touch the sensor button to activate the display. Touch the

sensor button again and hold this down for approx. 5 sec..

Data transmission to smartphone / tablet

Start the Soehnle Connect app. Drag the app down in

the main screen (dashboard). The data saved from your

tracker will then be automatically transferred to the app

via Blue tooth

. Make sure that Bluetooth

is activated on

your appliance.

Switch Bluetooth

on and off

You can switch Bluetooth

off in any mode except in clock

(4.1) or pulse frequency mode (4.2). Touch and hold the sen-

sor button for approx. 5 seconds to enter the menu to switch

the function on and off. Then switch Bluetooth

on or off by

pushing the button again. The tracker automatically switches

Fit connect 200 HR, just 2 months old. My display suddenly shows th wrong time and date:AM 10:17 Feb 25, instead of PM 07:15 27 Feb.
How can I reset time and date?
