1. Retire a tira da pilha.
Aviso: Coloque a balança de análise corporal
imediatamente (enquanto ainda é indicado
0.0) sobre uma superfície plana e aguarde que
a balança se desligue automaticamente.
Introduza os dados apenas em seguida. Caso
contrário, é possível que o peso da balança
seja incluído erradamente na primeira pesa-
gem.
O mesmo poderá acontecer na utilização
normal, quando agarra a balança com as mãos
antes da pesagem.
2. Para todas as medições, coloque a balança
sobre uma base plana e estável (não sobre
tapetes).
3. Limpeza e cuidados: limpe apenas com um
pano ligeiramente húmido. Não utilize sol-
ventes ou produtos abrasivos. Não mergulhe a
balança dentro de água.
4. Existe a possibilidade de mudança para uni-
dades de medida nacionais, de kg/cm para st/
in ou lb/in, através da tecla na parte traseira da
balança.
Atenção! Perigo de escorregar em
superfícies molhadas.
C. Introdução de dados
1. Premir a tecla .
2. Com as teclas V/W seleccionar o local de
memorização e confirmar (

3. Em seguida introduzir a altura com as teclas

4. No passo seguinte ajustar a idade e confirmar.
5. Para terminar seleccionar o sexo e confirmar.
6. Colocar a balança sobre uma superfície sólida e
nivelada e aguarde que a balança desligue.
Nota: A alteração ou eliminação de dados reali-
za-se através da substituição dos dados exi-
stentes.
D. Análise corporal
1. Colocar a balança sobre uma superfície sólida e
nivelada e aguarde que a balança desligue.
2. Com as teclas V/W seleccionar o local de
memorização. Confirmar com

3. Aguardar a indicação 0.
4. Colocar-se descalço sobre a balança.
Permanecer imóvel.
5. É indicado o peso.
A balança mede a percentagem de gordura cor-
poral e a percentagem de água cor poral.
Nota: a gordura corporal e a água corporal são
calculadas a partir do peso apurado e dos
dados pessoais.
A balança desliga-se automaticamente.
