Key Events
ABS Address book search (OCS accounts)
Accepted Calls (Accepted List) List of calls accepted on the phone
Call Lists Call history list (missed, received, dialed calls)
Change active ID List of registered SIP identities
Conference Starting a conference
Contacts Contact List, where the Presence State of selected users can be seen (online, busy,
offline)
Directory Internal phone directory
DND Turning "Do not disturb" function (DND) on an off. When mapped to a function key
with an LED, the LED will light up when DND is turned on.
Favorites Favorites list
Forward all All incoming calls will be forwarded to another extension or an external phone
number. After turning call forwarding on with this key, the display will prompt you to
enter - or confirm/change a previously entered - forwarding number.
Help FW versions lower than 8: Phone's IP address, MAC address, and firmware version.
FW 8 and higher: Phone's IP address and the URI to snom Wiki. IP address, MAC
address, and firmware version can be found in Settings > 6 Information >
2 System Information.
Hold Placing the active call on hold
LDAP Directory Allows the user to look up a remote directory while dialing. Once set, this pressed
key will open up the Direcory Search window. If LDAP is setup, corresponding
matching entries as returned by the sever will be shown. If LDAP is not used and and
presence_lookup_number setting is turned on, the contact matches will be shown.
The default edit mode is alphanumeric in this state.
Logoff Identities Caution: This option will delete all account settings!!
Usage: Mainly useful for call centers with frequently changing users.

Monitor Calls

When the phone has been programmed to monitor extensions and do/allow call
pickup, a key can be mapped to show the list of monitored extensions and do call
pickup from the monitor.
FW v8.7.2 and higher: The list will show only active extensions (i.e., busy or ringing).
When there is no activity on any monitored extensions, the list is empty.
Mute Mutes/unmutes the microphone (handset, speakerphone, headset) during active call
Next Outgoing ID Selecting the next identity as the outgoing identity
Presence State Providing access to a list where the Presence state of each registered SIP Identity
can be defined (online, offline, busy, invisible).
