2. Hot Desking
De basisfunctionaliteit van “hot desking” is de mogelijkheid om gebruikers af te melden en nieuwe
aan te melden op uw snom toestel. Dit is handig wanneer uw medewerkers regelmatig wisselen
van plaats, zonder hun toestel mee te nemen. Zodra de gebruiker zich succesvol aanmeld op een
toestel wordt zijn of haar configuratie automatisch overgezet naar het “nieuwe”toestel.
Stap 1:Afmelden
Menu toets Toestelinstellingen Annuleer extentie registratie Bevestigen
De gebruiker/extensie is nu afgemeld, het toestel voert automatisch een herstart uit.
Stap 2 :Registreren van een nieuwe gebruker/ extensie
Menu toets Voer het nieuwe extensie nummer in Bevestiging Voicemail pincode
invoeren Bevestigen
De nieuwe extensie/ gebruiker wordt nu aangemeld. Dit kan enige tijd in beslag nemen.
Bij de snom 710 is de tweede functie toets standaard geconfigureerd als
menu toets. Druk op deze toets om in het telefoonmenu te komen. Zodra u
zich in het menu bevindt loopt u de “hotdesking” procedure door.
