Voordelen van inductiekoken
• Energiebesparing, dankzij de
rechtstreekse overdracht van energie
naar de pan (u moet daarvoor bestemde
pannen in magnetiseerbaar materiaal
gebruiken) in vergelijking met het
traditioneel elektrisch koken.
• Grotere veiligheid dankzij de zending
van energie naar enkel het recipiënt dat
op de kookplaat geplaatst is.
• Hoog rendement bij de zending van
energie van de bereidingszone met
inductie naar de basis van de pan.
• Snelle verwarming.
• kleinere kans op brandwonden, omdat
het kookoppervlak enkel wordt
verwarmd door de onderkant van de
pan; overgekookt voedsel plakt niet.
De kookplaat is voorzien van een
inductiegenerator voor elke
bereidingszone. Elke generator
onder het glaskeramische
oppervlak heeft een
elektromagnetisch veld dat een
thermische stroom veroorzaakt op
de onderkant van de pan. De
warmte wordt niet overgedragen
in de bereidingszone, maar ze
wordt direct in het recipiënt
gecreëerd door de inductieve
stromen.
