Fonctions de cuisson traditionnelles
1. Avec la manette des fonctions,
sélectionnez une fonction de cuisson
traditionnelle (voir Afficheur).
2. Si vous souhaitez modifier la température
par défaut, enfoncez la manette de la
température.
3. Tournez la manette pour régler la
température.
4. Enfoncez la manette des fonctions pour
démarrer la cuisson traditionnelle.
Liste des fonctions traditionnelles
Éco
La combinaison de la turbine et de
la résistance circulaire, en mode
ÉCO, est particulièrement indiquée
pour la cuisson sur un seul niveau, à
faibles consommation d’énergie.
Statique
Grâce à la chaleur en provenance
simultanément du haut et du bas, ce
système permet de cuisiner des
types d’aliments particuliers. La
cuisson traditionnelle, appelée
également statique, est indiquée
pour cuisiner un plat à la fois. Idéal
pour tous les rôtis, le pain, les tartes
et en particulier pour les viandes
grasses comme l’oie ou le canard.
Gril
La chaleur émanant de la résistance
du gril permet d’obtenir d’excellents
résultats surtout avec les viandes de
petite/moyenne épaisseur et
permet un dorage uniforme en fin
de cuisson. Idéal pour les saucisses,
les côtelettes, le bacon. Cette
fonction permet de griller
uniformément de grandes quantités
d’aliments, en particulier la viande.
