Voor het stomen van vis en groente.

van gebak (met een bereidingstijd van
minder van 25 minuten of bereidingen
zonder stoom), rijst, peulvruchten en
granen. Is nodig voor het opvangen van
vloeistoffen die tijdens de bereiding met
stoom geproduceerd worden of tijdens het
ontdooien van de levensmiddelen in de
bovenstaande geperforeerde ovenschalen
druipen.

Om op een ovenschaal te zetten, voor het
bereiden van voedsel dat kan lekken.

Nuttig voor het plaatsen van houders met
voedsel in bereiding.
Temperatuursonde (enkel op sommige
