TABELLEN DER GARZEITEN UND TEMPERATUREN
Der Backofen muss vor dem Backen/Braten in jedem Fall vorgeheizt
werden.
Geben Sie daher die Speisen erst dann in den Backofen, wenn er die
eingestellte Temperatur erreicht hat. Dies erkennen Sie daran, dass sich
die Kontrolllampe des Backofens abwechselnd ein- und ausschaltet.
Die Garzeiten – insbesondere die von Fleisch – sind von der Größe und
der Qualität der Speisen und auch vom persönlichen Geschmack
abhängig. Die hier angegebenen Richtwerte setzen voraus, dass der
Backofen vorgeheizt wurde.
