Voor een gelijkmatiger opwarming is het raadzaam het voedsel om te
keren na de helft van de kooktijd.
In de oven kan zich tijdens de bereiding condens afzetten. Om de vorming
van condens te verminderen kunt u gebruik maken van de gecombineerde
functie en de oventhermostaat in te stellen op 110-120°C.
Laat na de bereiding het warme gerecht niet in de gesloten oven staan:
het is beter de deur op een kier te zetten om waterdamp die het gerecht
zou kunnen beïnvloeden, te laten ontsnappen.
