Die Backofen-Umluft sorgt für gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung.
Beim Mehrfachgaren müssen die Gartemperaturen der
verschiedenen Speisen gleich sein.

Erlaubt das schnelle Bräunen der Speisen. Es wird empfohlen,
das Behältnis auf der höchsten Schiene einzuschieben. Zum
kurzen Garen von kleinen Mengen den Rost auf der dritten
Schiene von unten einschieben. Zum längeren Garen und Grillen
ausgedehnter Oberflächen den Rost, je nachdem wie groß die
Stücke sind, weiter unten einschieben.
