Geschikt voor patisserie en taarten met bevochtigde dekking,
met weinig suiker en vochtige zoetigheden bevat in taartvormen
en taartepannen. Men bekomt ook uitstekende resultaten voor
het beëindigen van het koken van gerechten op de bodem van
de oven of voor het koken van gerechten die vooral aan de
onderkant warmte vragen. Er wordt aangeraden de braadslede
op de onderste richel te plaatsen.

Alleen de beweging van de lucht die door de turbine verzekerd
wordt, geeft aanleiding tot een sneller ontvriezen van de
gerechten.
De circulerende lucht in de oven is op kamertemperatuur.
Het ontvriezen op kamertemperatuur biedt het voordeel dat de
smaak en het uitzicht van de voedingswaren niet gewijzigd
wordt.
