5.7 Gebruik van vetten en olie
Wanneer u kookt met vetten of olie moet u weten op welke temperaturen u kunt
werken. Door het instellen van de juiste temperatuur behouden deze hun
eigenschappen. Indien de temperatuur te hoog is, zullen de vetten en olie
beginnen roken (rookpunt) en vervolgens verbranden.

Hierna vindt u een tabel met de temperaturen die overeenstemmen met de
opwarmingsniveaus van de plaat.

De temperaturen zijn indicatief, de reële waarde kan ± 10° verschillen van de
aangeduide waarde.
De gegevens in de tabel zijn indicatief en gelden voor een voorverwarmd
toestel. De waarden kunnen variëren naargelang het soort en de hoeveelheid
voedsel. Plaats de te bereiden voedingsmiddelen slechts op de plaat na afloop
van de voorverwarming.
