6.6.1 Praktische Tipps für eine gute Frittüre
Die Ölmenge im Behälter muss zwischen 3 Liter (Min. Markierung im
Behälter) und 3,5 Liter (Max. Markierung im Behälter) betragen. Das
Heizelement funktioniert nicht an der Luft. Es muss stets in Öl oder Fett
eingetaucht sein.
Kein festes pflanzliches oder tierisches Fett in den Behälter geben. Das
Fett muss flüssig sein, bevor es in die Fritteuse gegeben wird.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich das Heizelement abgekühlt hat,
bevor es hochgeklappt wird. Verbrennungsgefahr!
ACHTUNG: Wenn das Heizelement hochgeklappt ist, darauf achten, dass
die Bedienvorrichtungen nicht eingeschaltet werden.

Die ideale Frittiertemperatur liegt zwischen 160°C und 185°C. Niedrigere
oder höhere Werte können das Öl schnell verderben lassen.
Wenn die Temperatur zu niedrig ist, dann werden die Speisen nicht bei
starker Flamme angeröstet und saugen sich mit Fett voll.
Um so größer die Stücke sind, desto länger müssen sie frittiert werden.
Daher muss eine Frittiertemperatur gewählt werden, die es erlaubt, die
Speisen durchzugaren, ohne sie außen zu verbrennen.
