Mayonnaise
Ingrédients :
250 g d’huile (par exemple l’huile de
graines de tournesol)
1 œuf et 1 jaune
1-2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre
Salez et poivrez à volonté
Préparation :
1. Mettez tous les ingrédients (à
température ambiante) dans la carafe en
suivant l’ordre indiqué ci-dessus.
2. Introduisez délicatement la tige du
mixeur à immersion jusqu’au fond de la
carafe.
3. Maintenez le mixeur dans la même
position et actionnez-le à la vitesse
TURBO. Dès que l’huile commence à
émulsionner, soulevez lentement la tige
jusqu’au bord du mélange et
réintroduisez-la en veillant à incorporer
toute l’huile.
Temps de préparation : 1 minutes pour
obtenir la consistance d’un condiment ; 2
minutes pour obtenir la consistance d’une
sauce.
Guacamole
Ingrédients :
1 grand avocat, épluché, dénoyauté et
haché
3 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron
125 g de crème fraîche acide
1 cuillère à soupe d’ail haché
1 cuillère à café de piment Jalapeño
Préparation :
1. Avec l’accessoire hachoir, introduisez
d’abord le groupe des lames dans le bol
du hachoir puis ajoutez tous les
ingrédients.
2. Couvrez le hachoir avec le couvercle et
introduisez l’attache dans le corps du
moteur. Faites fonctionner par à-coups
jusqu’à ce que le mélange prenne la
consistance souhaitée.
Suggestion : Servez le guacamole avec
des tacos et des burritos. Pour une variante
plus légère, servez avec des carottes et des
branches de céleri.
