BRUG AF FRYSEREN
I fryseafdelingen kan der også indfryses friske madvarer.
Mængden af friske madvarer, der kan indfryses på 24 timer, er angivet på typepladen.
Indfrysning af friske madvarer:
Tryk på indfrysningsknappen (

) 12 timer, før der fyldes varer til indfrysning i fryseren.
Kontrollampen for indfrysning (

) tænder.
Stil termostaten (

) i position 3-4.
Den anbefalede position for varer, der skal indfryses, er som i
fig. 1

hvis der ikke medfølger rist.

Anbring madvarerne på risten, så der er tilstrækkelig plads rundt om pakkerne til at sikre fri luftcirkulation
og for at undgå, at der er kontakt med allerede indfrosne varer (
fig. 1
).

Anbring madvarerne midt i rummet,
uden at de kommer i kontakt med allerede indfrosne
madvarer. Lad der være en afstand på ca. 20 mm (
fig. 2
).
Efter 24 timer slukkes der for knappen (
4
). Stil termostaten (

) tilbage i den oprindelige position.
Ved køb af frostvarer skal man:
Sikre sig, at emballagen eller pakken er intakt, da madvaren kan forringes. Hvis en pakke er bulet eller
har fugtige pletter, har den ikke været opbevaret under optimale betingelser og kan have været udsat for
delvis optøning.
Bruge termoposer til transporten, og købe frostvarer som det sidste.
Straks anbringe varerne i fryseren ved hjemkomsten.
Undlade at genindfryse delvist optøede varer, men anvende dem inden for 24 timer.
Undgå eller begrænse temperaturudsving mest muligt. Overholde udløbsdatoen på emballagen.
Altid følge anvisningerne på emballagen vedrørende opbevaring af frostvarer.
Fremstilling af isterninger
Fyld bakken 2/3 op med vand, og sæt den i fryseafdelingen .
Hvis isterningbakken sidder fast på bunden , må man ikke anvende spidse eller skarpe genstande
til at løsne den med.
Isterningerne kommer lettere ud, hvis bakken vrides let.
I den viste tabel ses det antal måneder, hvori friske, indfrosne
varer kan opbevares.
