12.7 Bakken met het braadspit

SCHAKELKNOP SELECTIE FUNCTIES

SCHAKELAAR THERMOSTAAT MAXIMUM

Het betreft hier een wijze van bakken met energiebesparing. Het voedsel in het centrum van de

braadslede plaatsen en het bakken uitvoeren zoals beschreven in de par. “12.4 Koken met de grill“.

Alleen aangeraden voor het bereiden van kleine stukken.

Het spit voor het braadstuk voorbereiden door de vijzen A van de vorken vast te zetten. De steun voor

het spit B op de tweede richel van onder af plaatsen. Het handvat D wegnemen en het spit van het

braadstuk zodanig plaatsen dat de katrol E op de steun voor het spit B blijft. De steun voor het spit B

volledig in de oven duwen tot de punt van het spit van het braadstuk in het gat C op de achterwand van

de oven geplaatst zit. Plaats een ovenschaal F op het eerste stand van onderen en giet er een beetje

water in om de vorming van rook te voorkomen.

Good day
I have a Smeg 150x which I bought with a secondhand kitchen.
After installing the analogue lit up but no functions would work
I depressed the button for setting the time but the- and + buttons made no difference
Nothing happens when I turn the 2 large knobs for the temp and function.
