2 - Sound setting
Bass setting (BASS)
l Press the BASS button to release the but-
ton.
l Select the required value by turning the BASS
button to the left (-) or right (+).
l Press the button again to engage the button.
Mid-range setting (MID)
l Press the MID button to release the button.
l Select the required value by turning the MID
button to the left (-) or right (+).
l Press the button again to engage the button.
Treble setting (TREB)
l Press the TREB button to release the but-
ton.
l Select the required value by turning the TREB
button to the left (-) or right (+).
l Press the button again to engage the button.
Note
The sound settings BASS, MID and TREB can be
set for AM, FM, CD and PHONE individually.
Balance (BAL)
The balance of volume between the right and left
hand speakers is adjusted using this function.
l Press the BAL button to release the button.
l Select the required value by turning the BAL
button to the left (< - left loudspeaker) or right
(> - right loudspeaker).
l Press the button again to engage the button.
Fader (FAD)
The volume balance between the loudspeakers at
the front and rear can be set using this function.
l Press the FAD button to release the button.
l Select the required value by turning the FAD
button to the left (R - rear loudspeakers) or right
(F - front loudspeakers).
l Press the button again to engage the button.
