4. USER GUIDE

4.1 Connect the Smart WiFi Camera

1. Connect the Smart WiFi Camera with the included

Micro USB cable to a power outlet using a USB power

adapter.

2. Go to your App Store on your mobile device to

download the app “Doby” or scan the QR-code.

3. Sign up with your email and choose a password.

4.2 Add the Smart WiFi Camera to your mobile device

1. Open “Doby”[Home], click “+” to search devices.

2. Choose “camera”.

3. Please make sure the WiFi indicator on the Smart

WiFi Camera is ﬂashing blue. If not, please press and

hold the WiFi button for a few seconds until the WiFi

indicator blinks.

4. Via [Settings]>[WiFi] on your mobile device, connect

to DOG-***, with the password “11111111”.

5. Return to “Doby”, tap “Next”.

6. Choose a device name, for example “Living Room”.

7. Choose a network and enter the password. Click “Next”.

8. The Smart WiFi Camera will be connecting to the

network, the WiFi indicator will ﬂash red. It may take a

few minutes until the connection is completed.

9. When the WiFi indicator turns blue, the camera

connected successfully. Click “done” on your mobile

device. You’re now ready to use the Smart WiFi

Camera.

4.3 Make a picture with the Smart WiFi Camera

1. Open “Doby”[Home], choose the camera, for example

“Living Room”.

2. Click on the camera icon in “Doby” to make a picture.

4.4 Two-way audio communication

1. Open “Doby”[Home], choose the camera, for example

“Living Room”.

2. Click on the speaker icon in “Doby” to hear the sounds

from “Living Room”.

3. Click on the microphone icon in “Doby” in order to

speak and send the audio to “Living Room”.

4.5 Motion detection and alarm function

The Smart WiFi Camera is equipped with motion

detection and will send a push notiﬁcation to your

mobile device with every motion the camera detects.

Open the notiﬁcations on your mobile device to view

the pictures and details of the images. Go to [Settings]

if you want to change the settings of the alarm

function.

4.6 Infrared technology

The Smart WiFi Camera switches automatically to

night vision, with the included infrared technology to

monitor at night.

4.7 Micro SD card

The Smart WiFi Camera is equipped with a Micro SD

card slot (up to 32GB) to store and review recordings.

The Micro SD card slot is located on the side of the

camera.

4.8 Video recording

Make sure you put a Micro SD card (up to 32GB) into

the Micro SD card slot on the side of the camera.

Open “Doby” and go to [Settings] and click on [Video

recording] to choose or change settings. You can

choose between “Detect movement” (records only

at movement), “24 hours” (non-stop / continuous

recording) or “Never” (records never).

5. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep the product away from sharp objects.

• Don’t place heavy objects on top of the product.

• Don’t put any pressure on the product, don’t bend the

product.

• Don’t use any (chemical or organic) liquids with the

product.

• Keep the product away from heating sources.

6. CLEANING

Clean the product with a moist cloth. Don’t use any

chemical liquids or oil!

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 I cannot ﬁnd the smart WiFi camera in the WiFi list

on my mobile device

1. Ensure that the Smart WiFi Camera is connected to a

power outlet.

2. Ensure that the WiFi indicator is ﬂashing blue. If

not, please press and hold the WiFi button for a few

seconds until the WiFi indicator blinks.

3. Or press the WiFi indicator off/on and hold the button

or a few seconds until the WiFi indicator is ﬂashing

blue.

4. Click [Scan] on your mobile device to search for new

devices.

7.2 The Smart WiFi Camera is not recording

1. Ensure you put a Micro SD card in the Smart WiFi

Camera.

2. Check [Settings] in “Doby”. If the Micro SD card shows

“no card”, please follow step 1. If it shows “normal

use”, you are ready to record.

4. BENUTZERHANDBUCH

4.1 Die Smart WiFi Camera verbinden

1. Verbinden Sie die Smart WiFi Camera mittels des im

Lieferumfang enthaltenen Micro-USB-Kabels und un

ter Verwendung des USB-Adapters mit einer Strom

quelle.

2. Besuchen Sie den App Store Ihres Mobiltelefons, um

die App „Doby” herunterzuladen oder scannen Sie

den QR-Code.

3. Melden Sie sich mit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse an und

wählen Sie ein Passwort aus.

4.2 Die Smart WiFi Camera zu Ihrem Mobiltelefon

hinzufügen

1. Öffnen Sie „Doby” [Home], klicken Sie auf „+” um

Geräte zu suchen.

2. Wählen Sie „Camera”.

3. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die WLAN-Anzeige

auf der Smart WiFi Camera blau blinkt. Falls nicht,

drücken und halten Sie den WLAN-Knopf für einige

Sekunden, bis die WLAN-Anzeige blinkt.

4. Verbinden Sie sich via [Einstellungen]>[WLAN] auf

Ihrem Mobilgerät mit DOG-*** und geben Sie das

Passwort „11111111” ein.

5. Kehren Sie zu „Doby” zurück und wählen Sie „Next”.

6. Wählen Sie einen Namen für das Gerät, zum Beispiel

„Wohnzimmer”.

7. Wählen Sie ein Netzwerk aus und geben Sie das Pass

wort ein. Klicken Sie auf „Next”.

8. Die Smart WiFi Camera wird sich mit dem Netzwerk

verbinden und die WLAN-Anzeige wird rot blinken.

Es kann einige Minuten dauern, bis die Verbindung

hergestellt ist.

9. Wenn die WLAN-Anzeige blau leuchtet, ist die

Kamera erfolgreich verbunden. Klicken Sie auf Ihrem

Mo bilgerät auf „Done”. Sie können die Smart WiFi

Camera jetzt verwenden.

4.3 Mit der Smart WiFi Camera ein Bild aufnehmen

1. Öffnen Sie „Doby” [Home] und wählen Sie die Kamera

aus, zum Beispiel „Wohnzimmer”.

2. Klicken Sie in „Doby” auf das Symbol der Kamera, um

ein Bild aufzunehmen.

4.4 Zwei-Wege Audio-Kommunikation

1. Öffnen Sie „Doby” [Home] und wählen Sie die Kamera

aus, zum Beispiel „Wohnzimmer”.

2. Klicken Sie in „Doby” auf das Lautsprechersymbol,

um die Geräusche aus dem „Wohnzimmer” zu hören.

3. Klicken Sie in „Doby” auf das Mikrofonsymbol, um

4.5 Bewegungssensor und Alarmfunktion

Die Smart WiFi Camera ist mit einem

Bewegungssensor ausgestattet und wird Ihrem

Mobiltelefon eine Push-Benachrichtigung schicken,

wenn sie eine Bewegung wahrnimmt. Öffnen Sie

die Benach richtigungen auf Ihrem Mobilgerät, um

die Bilder und deren Details anzusehen. Wählen Sie

[Settings], um die Einstellungen der Alarmfunktion zu

ändern.

4.6 Infrarottechnologie

Die Smart WiFi Camera wechselt nachts mithilfe der

integrierten Infrarottechnologie automatisch in den

Nachtsichtmodus.

4.7 Micro-SD-Karte

Die Smart WiFi Camera ist mit einem Micro-SD-

Kartenslot (bis zu 32 GB) ausgestattet, um Bilder zu

speichern und anzusehen. Der Micro-SD-Kartenslot

beﬁndet sich auf der Seite der Kamera.

4.8 Videoaufnahme

Stellen Sie sicher, dass im Micro-SD-Kartenslot auf

der Seite der Kamera eine Micro-SD-Karte (bis zu

32 GB) vorhanden ist. Öffnen Sie „Doby”, wählen Sie

[Settings] und klicken Sie auf [Video Recording], um
