Selecting the Temperature
Turning the Iron Off
To turn the iron off, unplug the iron.•
NOTE: Never yank the cord to disconnect from outlet. Always grasp plug and
pull to disconnect.
Plug the iron into a grounded electrical outlet. The iron will begin to heat. •
To adjust the temperature settings, turn the Temperature Control •
Dial clockwise and select the temperature setting according to the
recommendation on the garment label. The Temperature Indicator light will
glow.
When the selected temperature is reached, the Temperature Indicator light •
will turn off. The iron is ready to use.
CONSULT THE GARMENT’S LABEL FOR TEMPERATURE INSTRUCTIONS.

Dry Ironing
To iron without steam, turn the Variable Steam Control Dial to the “no steam” •

Select the desired steam pressure on the Variable Steam Control Dial.•
When the selected temperature is reached, the Temperature Indicator light •
will turn off. The iron is ready to use.
TIP: The tougher the wrinkle, the more steam you will need.
