NOTE: A quick way to pick up the bobbin thread
is, with straight stitch selected, touch and release
the reverse switch.Your machine will perform one
down-up cycle and stop with the needle up. Always
stopping with the needle “fully up” is one of the
features of your computer sewing machine.
PICKING UP BOBBIN THREAD
1. Raise the presser foot lifter.
REMARQUE: pour faire remonter rapidement le fil de
la canette, avec le point droit sélectionné, touchez et
relâchez l’interrupteur de couture arrière.
La machine exécute un cycle et s’arrête avec l’aiguille
relevée. Le fait qu’elle s’arrête toujours avec l’aiguille

1. Relever le pied presseur.

2. Holding needle thread loosely with your left hand, turn
hand wheel toward you (counter-clockwise) with your right
hand, first lowering the needle and continuing until the
needle comes to its highest position.
2. Retenir légèrement le fil de l’aiguille avec votre main
gauche, faite tourner le volant vers vous (sens antihoraire)
avec votre main droite, l’aiguille doit descendre en
premier lieu et continuer de tourner jusqu’à ce que
l’aiguille atteigne sa position la plus haute.

3. Lightly pull up the top thread, and pick up bobbin thread,
which will appear through the needle plate slot.
