* The needle resting technique should

applied
to

type

thick

third
needle.
* When
knitting
with
the Punch Card, a pattern
stitch
is
effected on every other needle
used.
*
As
the Punch Card
is
not
effected
to
the
needles
rested,
if
every other needles
is
used, the pattern
on the Punch Card
will
be
effected on every
other needle only.
* By changing the position
of
resting needles,
pattern effect
will
be
changed accordingly. In
case
of
every other needle resting, there
are
two
kinds
of
effect
as
shown below.

Be
careful when you select the Punch Card.

If
you
use
thick
yarn, tension
gauge
does
not
comply
with
the standard
usage
of
the
Knit
Contour. The
number
of
stitch
gauge
will
be
below 22 and the number
of
row
gauge
will
be
below 29,
both
in 10
cms.
Therefore, in this
case
take tension
gauge
as
follows.
