Dicas
Misture todos os ingredientes uniformemente
para conseguir um aspecto tostado uniforme.
Nunca coloque waffles estaladiços uns sobre
os outros. Desta forma, eles ficam moles rapida-
mente.
Coloque-os lado a lado numa grelha de cozinha,
desta forma eles mantêm-se estaladiços.
Receitas
Waffles de canela
125 g de manteiga
aprox. 200 g de açúcar
2 ovos
65 g de nozes moídas
250 g de farinha
10 g de canela
1 colher de sopa de rum
1. Misture a manteiga amolecida, os ovos e o açúcar
até a massa ficar cremosa.
2. Adicione o resto dos ingredientes.
3. Bata tudo durante 2 a 3 minutos no nível máximo
com uma batedeira eléctrica.
4. Deixe a massa repousar durante aprox. uma hora
no frigorífico, de modo que seja possível formar
bolas pequenas.
Waffles de canela e maçapão
250 g de manteiga
400 g de açúcar
400 g de farinha
4 ovos
80 g de canela
200 g de massa crua de maçapão
1. Misture a manteiga amolecida, os ovos e o açú-
car até formar espuma.
2. Adicione a farinha, a canela e a massa crua de
maçapão.
3. Bata tudo durante 2 a 3 minutos no nível máximo
com uma batedeira eléctrica.
4. Deixe a massa repousar durante aprox. uma
hora no frigorífico, de modo que seja possível
formar bolas pequenas.
Biscoitos de queijo
125 g de farinha
100 g de manteiga
2 ovos
250 ml de água
1/2 colher de chá de sal
A gosto:
50 g de queijo parmesão ou cominhos
1. Deixe a manteiga derreter na água morna.
2. Adicione este líquido arrefecido à farinha.
3. Adicione os ovos e o sal e misture tudo.
4. Pode adicionar queijo parmesão ou cominhos
a gosto.
Se a massa estiver demasiado espessa, acrescente
um pouco de água.
Se a massa estiver demasiado mole, pode colocá-la
um pouco no frigorífico, para que esta fique um
pouco mais dura.
