Consejos
Mezcle todos los ingredientes uniformemente
para que el tueste sea uniforme.
No coloque nunca un gofre crujiente sobre otro.
De esta manera se reblandecen rápidamente.
Colóquelos uno junto a otro sobre una parrilla
de cocina, así se mantendrán crujientes.
Recetas
Gofres de canela
125 g de mantequilla
aprox. 200 g de azúcar
2 huevos
65 g de nueces molidas
250 g de harina
10 g de canela
1 cucharada de ron
1. Bata la mantequilla blanda, los huevos y el
azúcar hasta que adquieran una consistencia
esponjosa.
2. Añada el resto de los ingredientes.
3. Mézclelo todo durante 2 - 3 minutos al nivel
máximo con una batidora.
4. Deje reposar la masa aprox. una hora en la
nevera, para que pueda formar pequeñas bolas.
Gofres de canela y mazapán
250 g de mantequilla
400 g de azúcar
400 g de harina
4 Huevos
80 g de canela
200 g de masa cruda de mazapán
1. Agite la mantequilla blanda, los huevos y el azú-
car hasta que quede espumoso.
2. Añada la harina, la canela y la masa cruda de
mazapán.
3. Mézclelo todo durante 2 - 3 minutos al nivel
máximo con una batidora.
4. Deje reposar la masa aprox. una hora en la
nevera, para que pueda formar pequeñas bolas.
Galletas de queso
125g de harina
100 g de mantequilla
2 huevos
250 ml de agua
1/2 cucharadita de sal
al gusto:
50 g Queso parmesano o un poco
de comino
1. Derrita la mantequilla en el agua caliente.
2. Deje enfriar y añada el líquido a la harina.
3. Añada los huevos y la sal y mézclelo todo.
4. Ahora puede añadir queso parmesano o comino
al gusto.
Si la masa es demasiado consistente, añádale un
poco de agua.
Si la masa es demasiado blanda, puede dejarla un
poco de tiempo en la nevera para que adquiera
más consistencia.
