Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukker, æg og kanel.
Tilsæt derefter mælk, hvid chokolade og mel.
Kom ca. 2 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Havregrynsvafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
130 g sukker
3 æg
100 g creme-fraiche
1 lille flaske rom-aroma
75 g mel
75 g fine havregryn
Flormelis til at drysse på.
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukker, æg, creme-fraiche
og rom-aroma. Rør derefter mel og havregryn i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg de færdige vafler på en rist, og drys dem med
puddersukker, mens de stadig er varme.
Kokosvafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
40 g kokosmel
150 g blødt smør
180 g sukker
3 æg
250 g mel
5 g bagepulver
150 ml mælk
1 g revet citronskal
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukkeret og æggene,
indtil blandingen skummer. Rør derefter citronskal,
mel, bagepulver, kokosmel og mælk i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Bananvafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
100 g sukker
3 æg
2 bananer
150 g mel
5 g bagepulver
