Birkes-Amaretto-vafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
250 g mel
100 g marcipanråmasse
3 æg
40 g birkesblanding (kan købes færdigt)
50 g sukker
100 ml Amaretto
40 ml fløde
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk æggene og rør dem sammen med sukker og
smør til en glat dej. Tilsæt de resterende ingredienser
og bland grundigt.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Chokoladevafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
200 g blødt smør
200 g sukker
4 æg
150 g crème-fraîche
80 g chokoladestykker
200 g mel
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukkeret, æggene og
crème-fraîchen. Rør chokoladestykkerne og melet i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
pageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Birkesvafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
160 g blødt smør
130 g sukker
3 æg
100 g birkesblanding (kan købes færdigt)
200 g mel
5 g bagepulver
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukker, pisk æg og
birkesblanding, til det skummer, og rør derefter mel
og bagepulver i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Hasselnødvafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
100 g fintmalede hasselnødkerner
160 g blødt smør
3 æg
200 g mel
120 g sukker
40 ml mælk
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
