7. Poner la salsa en una cazuela. Hervir
la salsa a fuego lento durante 45 minu-
tos aproximadamente, hasta que
espese.
También se le puede añadir chile en polvo
a la salsa barbacoa.
Guacamole
Ingredientes:
2 dientes de ajo
2 aguacates maduros
2 cucharaditas de zumo de limón
1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
150 g de yogur
1-2 cucharaditas de azúcar
sal y pimienta
Preparación:
1. Pelar el ajo.
2. Pelar los aguacates, quitarles el hueso
y cortarlos a trozos.
3. Añadir el resto de ingredientes.
4. Colocar la varilla batidora 8 sobre la
mezcla y presionar el interruptor de co-
nexión/desconexión, velocidad "II" 4,
mezclando todos los ingredientes du-
rante 1 minuto.
Paté de olivas y tomate
Ingredientes:
aprox. 300 g. de tomates secos, macera-
dos en aceite
aprox. 100 g. de olivas negras sin hueso
6 dientes de ajo
sal y pimienta
Preparación:
1. Dejar escurrir los tomates y guardar el
aceite sobrante.
2. En su caso, dejar escurrir también las
olivas.
3. Poner las olivas y los tomates en el
vaso de la batidora.
4. Pelar los dientes de ajo y añadirlos.
5. Añadir aprox. 3 cucharadas del aceite
reservado.
6. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
7. Colocar la varilla batidora 8 sobre la
mezcla y presionar el interruptor de co-
nexión/desconexión, velocidad "II" 4,
hasta conseguir una pasta fácil de un-
tar.
Compota de manzana
Ingredientes:
manzanas
zumo de limón
azúcar
1 pizca de canela
Preparación:
1. Lavar las manzanas, pelarlas, cortarlas
en trozos y ponerlas en una cazuela
con algo de agua.
2. Añadir un poco de zumo de limón.
3. Hervir a fuego lento, hasta que se
ablanden las manzanas.
4. Añadir azúcar al gusto y una pizca de
canela.
5. Colocar la varilla batidora 8 sobre las
manzanas, presionar el interruptor de
conexión/desconexión, velocidad "I" 3,
e ir adaptando la velocidad con el re-
gulador de velocidad 1, hasta obtener
la consistencia deseada de la mezcla.
