Sopa de zanahoria y jengibre
Ingredientes:
250 g de zanahorias
1 diente de ajo
1 cebolla
20 g de jengibre fresco
50 g de tocino
1/2 cucharaditas de curry (semipicante)
1/2 l de caldo de verduras
el zumo de una naranja
sal y pimienta
para decorar: 1/2 manojos de cebollino
Preparación:
1. Lavar las zanahorias, limpiarlas y cor-
tarlas en trozos pequeños.
2. Limpiar las cebollas y cortarlas en da-
dos.
3. Cortar el tocino en cuadraditos.
4. Pelar el jengibre y cortarlo en cuadradi-
tos.
5. Poner el tocino, las cebollas y el jengi-
bre en una cazuela y rehogarlos 5 mi-
nutos.
6. Pelar el ajo y cortarlo en cuartos y aña-
dirlo a la cazuela junto con el curry.
7. Añadir la zanahoria cortada.
8. Seguir rehogándolo todo 5 minutos, re-
moviendo de vez en cuando.
9. Añadir el caldo de verduras y llevarlo a
ebullición, bajar el fuego y cocer a fue-
go lento 30 minutos.
10. Colocar la varilla batidora 8 sobre la
mezcla y presionar el interruptor de co-
nexión/desconexión, velocidad "II" 4,
hasta obtener un puré fino.
11. Añadir el zumo de naranja.
12. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
13. Decorar con el cebollino.
Sopa de tomate
Ingredientes:
2 cebollas
2-3 dientes de ajo
Aceite de oliva
500 g de tomates
500 ml de caldo de verduras
100 g de crema fresca
Preparación:
1. Pelar las cebollas y el ajo, partirlos en
cuartos y rehogarlos con un poco de
aceite de oliva.
2. Lavar los tomates, partirlos en cuartos
y añadirlos. Sofreirlos ligeramente.
3. Añadir el caldo de verduras.
4. Colocar la varilla batidora 8 sobre la
sopa, colocar el regulador de velocidad
1 en velocidad media y presionar el
interruptor de conexión/desconexión,
velocidad "I" 3, hasta que quede todo
mezclado. En caso necesario, modifi-
car la velocidad con el regulador de
velocidad 1.
5. Cocer 10 minutos aprox.
6. Añadir la crema fresca y mezclar la
sopa a baja velocidad (presionar el
