9.6 Filettopf Toskana
Für 4 Personen
Zutaten:
500 Gramm Schweinefilet
1 Packung Bacon
400 ml Schlagsahne
1 Dose Tomatenmark
1 Dose gestückelte Tomaten
2 Zehen Knoblauch
3–4 Esslöffel Tomatenketchup
2 Teelöffel Butter
2 Teelöffel Paprikapulver edelsüß
Messerspitze Cayennepfeffer
1/2 Teelöffel Rosmarin getrocknet
1/2 Teelöffel Thymian getrocknet
1/2 Teelöffel Basilikum getrocknet
Salz und gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
Dazu empfehlen wir: Baguette oder gekochten Reis
Zubereitung:
Schweinefilet waschen und trocken tupfen, ggf. von Fett und Sehnen befreien. Das Fleisch in ca. 2cm
dicke Stücke schneiden und mit 1-2 Baconscheiben umwickeln.
In einer Pfanne die Butter erhitzen und die Fleischstücke von allen Seiten goldbraun anbraten.
Den Slow Cooker auf „MEDIUM“ stellen und die angebratenen Fleischstücke auf dem Topfboden
verteilen.
In einer Schüssel Sahne, Tomatenmark, Tomaten, Ketchup, Paprikapulver, Cayennepfeffer, Rosmarin,
Thymian, Basilikum, Salz und Pfeffer gut verrühren.
Diese Masse über das Fleisch geben und den Glasdeckel (2) schließen.
Den Filettopf für ca. 5 Stunden auf der Stufe "MEDIUM" garen lassen.
10. Nach dem Gebrauch
Nach dem Gebrauch des Slow Cookers reinigen Sie ihn wie im folgenden Abschnitt
„Wartung/Reinigung“ beschrieben. Wenn Lebensmittelreste sich erst einmal im Keramiktopf (4) festsetzen,
sind sie schwer zu entfernen. Verstauen Sie den Slow Cooker anschließend an einem sicheren, trockenen
und staubfreien Ort.
