5. Operar
5.1 Preparar aparelho
1. Escolha um local fixo, plano e não
inflamável. Mantenha uma distância de
aprox. 50 cm em relação aos outros
objectos.
2. Rode o regulador da temperatura 5
para "0".
Assim, o aparelho está desligado.
3. Unte ligeiramente os tabuleiros
pequenos de raclette 7 por dentro.
Indicação:
Para tal, utilize um pano de
cozinha embebido num pouco de óleo
alimentar.
4. Unte ligeiramente a parte superior da
placa de pedra 1 e da placa para
grelhar 2.
Indicação:
Não utilize muito óleo, pois
este pode queimar. Distribua bem o óleo
com um pincel de pasteleiro ou papel de
cozinha.
5. Coloque a placa de pedra 1 e a placa
para grelhar 2 sobre o aparelho.
Indicação:
A saliência para escoar
gordura da placa de pedra 1 tem de
apontar para cima. A placa para
grelhar 2 pode ser utilizada dos dois
lados.
6. Insira a ficha de rede numa tomada
apropriada, que corresponda aos
dados técnicos.
7. Rode o regulador de temperatura 5
para a direita para MAX.
O indicador de funcionamento 3
acende-se e o aparelho aquece.
8. Pré-aqueça o aparelho durante cerca de
10 minutos.
Nota: Se pretender utilizar a placa de
pedra 1, pode ser prolongado o tempo
de aquecimento.
O aparelho está agora pronto a funcionar.
5.2 Regular a temperatura,
ligar e desligar
A temperatura ideal depende, principal-
mente, dos alimentos utilizados.
1. Para ligar o aparelho, rode ligeiramente
o regulador de temperatura 5 para a
direita no sentido MAX.
O indicador de funcionamento 3
acende-se e o aparelho aquece. Assim
que for alcançada a temperatura
ajustada, o indicador de funcionamento
3 apaga-se.
2. Se a temperatura for muito baixa e a
confecção dos alimentos demorar muito
tempo, rode ligeiramente o regulador de
temperatura 5 no sentido MAX.
Indicação:
O indicador de funciona-
mento acende-se sempre que se rea-
quece o aparelho para manter a
temperatura 3.
3. Se a temperatura estiver demasiado
alta, rode ligeiramente o regulador de
temperatura 5 no sentido "0".
4. Para desligar o aparelho, rode o
regulador de temperatura 5 para a
esquerda para "0".
5. Após a utilização, desligue a ficha de
rede da tomada de corrente. Só assim é
que o aparelho fica totalmente sem
corrente.
