Costuras ornamental flatlock
Para crear costuras flatlock, coloque la tensión del hilo para una puntada
overlock de 3 hilos. Realice una costura y tire separando a continuación
del producto para alisar la costura.
La costura flatlock puede utilizarse como costura de montaje o bien como
una costura decorativa pura (fig. 87 , hilo oscuro).
Nota:
• Preste atención de disponer de la tensión de hilo correcta de modo que
el producto cosida se pueda separar bien después de coser.
• Utilice un hilo decorativo como hilo de lanzadera superior, ya que este
es el hilo más importante y el que mejor se distingue.
1. Retire la aguja derecha o bien izquierda (fig. 88).
2. Ajuste la regulación de tensado recomendada para una costura
overlock de 3 hilos (fig. 89).
3. Ajuste el tensado del hilo superior (verde o bien azul) menos tenso.
4. Destense ahora ligeramente la tensión de hilo de la lanzadera superior
(rojo).
5. Ajuste ahora el tensado de hilo de la lanzadera inferior (amarillo)
ligeramente más alto.
Costura flatlock como costura de montaje
• Coloque ambos textiles de forma solapada en la parte izquierda y así
crear una costura decorativa en el lado derecho.
• Cosa la costura y corte el tejido excedente (fig. 90).
El diagrama de puntada de esta puntada lo muestra la figura 91.
• El hilo superior (hilo de aguja) (verde o azul) tiene ahora un recorrido
en forma de V en el lado izquierdo del tejido.
• El hilo de lanzadera inferior transcurre como línea recta en el borde del
tejido.
• Separe el producto cosido por ambos lados de la costura con el fin de
que queden las puntadas planas.
