Cambio de hilo (anudar)
Siguiendo este procedimiento, el cambio de hilo es muy sencillo:
1. Corte el hilo por encima de la aguja de carrete 2 (Fig. 34) e introduzca
un carrete de hilo nuevo sobre la aguja de bobina 2.
2. Anude los extremos del hilo viejo y el nuevo (Fig. 35).
3. Coloque el selector de tensado de hilo r/t/z/u a „0“ (Fig. 36) y
levante el prensatelas a .
4. Tire del otro extremo del hilo, hasta que los nudos pasen por debajo
del prensatelas a.
5. Al enhebrar las agujas, tire de los extremos opuestos, hasta que los nudos
lleguen a los ojos de las aguas y corte el hilo a la izquierda y derecha
de los nudos. A continuación, vuelva a enhebrar.
Ajuste de la longitud de puntada
La longitud de puntada se puede ajustar en pasos de 1,0 a 4,0 mm. La
mayoría de los trabajos Overlock se realizan con una longitud de puntada
de 2,5 – 3,5 mm.
Para ajustar la longitud de puntada, gire la rueda de ajuste para la longitud
de puntada 5 (Fig. 37):
• En la mayoría de trabajos de costura se aconseja una longitud de puntada
de 3 mm.
• Para el tratamiento de textiles pesados se aconseja una longitud de
puntada de 4 mm.
• Para el tratamiento de textiles ligeros se aconseja una longitud de
puntada de 2 mm.
Con estos ajustes obtendrá buenas puntada sin que se frunza el tejido.
Ajuste del ancho de puntada
El ancho de la costura puede determinarla modificando la posición de la
aguja y mediante el botón de regulación de ancho de puntada f.
...usando la aguja derecha o bien izquierda
El ancho de la costura la puede determinar usando la aguja izquierda
o
la
derecha.
• Usando sólo la aguja izquierda: 5,7 mm
• Usando sólo la aguja derecha: 3,5 mm
