Retirar a placa de agulha (A):
Limpeza das garras de accionamento (B):
Limpeza e lubrificação com óleo do gancho (C-G):
Importante:
Desligar sempre a máquina da corrente e
colocar o interruptor principal na posição "O"
durante toda a operação de limpeza.
Rodar o volante até que a agulha fique na sua
posição alta. Abrir a tampa do encaixe e desapertar
os parafusos de fixação com a chave de fenda
fornecida com a caixa de acessórios.
Retirar a caixa de canela e limpar completamente
com um pincel.
Retirar a caixa de canela. Rodar as duas alavancas
de fixação (C) do gancho para o exterior. Retirar o
anel de fixação do encaixe (D) e o gancho (E) e
limpá-los com um pano macio e seco. Pôr 1 ou 2
gotas de óleo para máquina de costura no encaixe
(F). Rodar o volante até que o encaixe do gancho
(G) fique à esquerda. Repor o gancho (E) e o anel
de fixação (C). Rodar as duas alavancas para o
centro do gancho e verifique se as alavancas
engatam bem nos pernos. Repor a caixa de canela
e a placa de agulha.
O pó e os restos de fios devem ser limpos de
maneira regular. Uma revisão completa da
máquina deveria ser feita por um técnico de
maneira regular.
