Hello, I've just sent you a question about drivers. When I checked your driver every link directed me an universal driver source (which checked my installed drivers but did not do anything). My SilverCrest SMS 5.02001 multifunctional scanner is not recognized by my Windows 7 computer. Shall I send it back to you to fix the scanner or the cable? mandygabor@yahoo.com
