Gaufres

Ingrédients:

■ 200 g de sucre

■ 500 g de farine

■ 5 g de levure chimique

■ 5 œufs

■ 400 ml de lait

■ 250 g de beurre (à température ambiante)

■ 2 sachets de sucre vanillé

Préparation:

1) Mettez les œufs, le sucre et le beurre dans le

bol mélangeur 6 et mélangez le tout avec le

fouet q pour obtenir une pâte lisse.

2) Ajoutez la farine, le sucre vanillé et la levure

chimique.

3) Incorporez progressivement le lait jusqu’à ce

que la pâte ait une consistance lisse et souple.

4) Faites cuire les gaufres dans un gaufrier.

Shake banane-vanille

Ingrédients:

■ 3 bananes

■ 500 ml de lait

■ 2 sachets de sucre vanillé

■ 1 c. à soupe de glace à la vanille

Préparation:

1) Pelez les bananes.

2) Mettez les bananes pelées, le lait, la glace à

la vanille et le sucre vanillé dans le mixeur t.

3) Mixez le tout au niveau 8.

Smoothie banane-kiwi

Ingrédients:

■ 200 ml de jus d’orange (fraîchement pressé)

■ 1 kiwi

■ 1/2 banane

Préparation:

1) Épluchez le kiwi.

2) Pelez la banane.

3) Mettez le kiwi, la banane et le jus d’orange

dans le mixeur t.

4) Mixez le tout au niveau 8.
