Waffeln
Zutaten:
■ 200 g Zucker
■ 500 g Mehl
■ 5 g Backpulver
■ 5 Eier
■ 400 ml Milch
■ 250 g Butter (Raumtemperatur)
■ 2 Päckchen Vanillezucker
Zubereitung:
1) Geben Sie die Eier, den Zucker und die Butter
in die Rührschüssel 6 und verrühren Sie alles
mit dem Schneebesen q zu einem glatten Teig.
2) Fügen Sie das Mehl, den Vanillezucker und
das Backpulver hinzu.
3) Rühren Sie die Milch nach und nach unter, bis
der Teig eine glatte und weiche Konsistenz hat.
4) Backen Sie die Waffeln in einem Waffeleisen
aus.
Bananen-Vanille-Shake
Zutaten:
■ 3 Bananen
■ 500 ml Milch
■ 2 Päckchen Vanillezucker
■ 1 EL Vanilleeis
Zubereitung:
1) Schälen Sie die Bananen.
2) Geben Sie die geschälten Bananen, die Milch,
das Vanilleeis und den Vanillezucker in den
Mixer t.
3) Mixen Sie alles auf Stufe 8.
Bananen-Kiwi-Smoothie
Zutaten:
■ 200 ml Orangensaft (frisch gepresst)
■ 1 Kiwi
■ 1/2 Banane
Zubereitung:
1) Enthäuten Sie die Kiwi.
2) Schälen Sie die Banane.
3) Geben Sie die Kiwi, die Banane und den
Orangensaft in den Mixer t.
4) Mixen Sie alles auf Stufe 8.
