Zandtaartdeeg
Ingrediënten:
■ 250 g t
arwemeel
■ 1/2 ges

tl bakpoeder
■ 100-125 g suik
er
■ 1 pakje vanillesuiker
■ 1 snufje zout
■ 1 ei
■ 125 g boter
Bereiding:
1)
Meng meel en bakpoeder in de r
oerkom en
doe er vervolgens alle overige ingrediënten bij.
2)
Kneed alles me
t de kneedhaak eerst ca.
1 minuut lang op stand 2, dan ca. 3 minuten
op stand 2-4.
3)
Kneed he
t deeg niet te lang, omdat het dan te
zacht kan worden.
4)
Laat he
t deeg een half uur in de koelkast rusten
en verwerk het daarna tot een taartbodem of
tot gebakjes.
5) Voor een taartbodem rolt u 2/3 van het deeg
uit en legt u het in een ingevette springvorm.
6) Rol het overige deeg tot een rol.
7) Leg deze rol als rand op het deeg en druk hem
met twee vingers zo tegen de rand, dat een
ca
. 3 cm hoge rand ontstaat.
8) Prik met een vork een aantal gaatjes in de
taartbodem.
9) Verwarm de oven ca. 5 minuten voor en bak
het zandtaartdeeg ca. 15-20 minuten bij
boven- en onderwarmte op 200-225 °C.
Cakedeeg
Ingrediënten:
■ 250 g zac
hte boter of margarine
■ 250 g suik
er
■ 1 pakje v
anillesuiker
■ 1 snufje zout
■ 4 eieren
■ 500 g t
arwemeel
■ 1 pakje bakpoeder
■ ca. 125 ml melk
Bereiding:
1)
Doe alle ing
rediënten in de roerkom en roer
alles met de roergarde 3 1/2 minuut lang
op stand 1, dan 30 seconden op stand 2 en
daarna 5 minuten op stand 4.

V
et de bakvorm in of bekleed deze met
bakpapier.
3)
V
ul de bakvorm en bak het deeg ca. 50-
60 minuten bij boven- en onderwarmte op
175-200 °C
.
4) Voordat u de cake uit de oven haalt, test u of
deze gaar is: steek daartoe met een puntig
houten staafje in het midden van de cake.
Als er geen deeg aan blijft hangen, is de
cake gaar
.
5) Stort de cake op een keukenrooster en laat
hem afkoelen.
