15.5 Ontkalken

Bij stoomgaren met kalkhoudend water kan

zich op de gebruikte onderdelen, met name

in de mixkom|5, kalk afzetten.

Normale reiniging

In de meeste gevallen worden de kalkafzet-

tingen door afwassen in de vaatwasmachi-

ne of met de hand verholpen.

Lichte kalkafzettingen

1. Lichte kalkafzettingen die niet door de

normale reiniging met de hand of in de

vaatwasmachine kunnen worden verhol-

pen, verwijdert u met een doek waarop

u een beetje schoonmaakazijn hebt

aangebracht.

2. Spoel vervolgens met schoon water na.

Grotere kalkafzettingen

LET OP:

~ Gebruik geen gangbaar ontkalkings-

middel, ook geen azijn of azijnessence.

Pas de volgende behoedzame methode

toe.

1. Maak een mengsel van 50% lichte

schoonmaakazijn en 50% kokend wa-

ter.

2. Vul de mixkom|5 met dit mengsel of leg

andere verkalkte onderdelen in een bak

met dit mengsel.

3. Laat het mengsel 30 minuten inwerken.

AANWIJZING: langer inwerken verbetert

de ontkalking niet, maar kan in de loop der

tijd de onderdelen beschadigen.

4. Spoel vervolgens met schoon water na.

5. Laat de onderdelen volledig drogen,

voordat u ze opnieuw gebruikt.

15.6 Opbergen

• Berg het apparaat beschermd tegen

stof en vuil, en onbereikbaar voor kin-

deren op.
