Traditionelle Pfannkuchen
Zutaten:
2-3 Eier
375 ml Milch
1 Prise Salz
250 g Mehl
Fett zum Backen
Zubereitung:
Mischen Sie die Eier, die Milch und das Salz mit
dem Schlagbesen.
Sieben Sie das Mehl durch und geben Sie es
dazu. Mischen Sie alles mit dem Schlagbesen,
bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
Lassen Sie den Teig für ca. 20 Minuten quellen.
Erhitzen Sie das Fett und geben Sie mit einer
kleinen Kelle Teig hinein. (Immer nur so viel, dass
der Pfannenboden dünn bedeckt ist.)
Backen Sie die Pfannkuchen von beiden Seiten
goldbraun und servieren Sie sie heiß.
