Bolo mármore
Ingredientes:
125 g de manteiga ou margarina amolecida
125 g de açúcar
3 ovos
1/2 saqueta de açúcar baunilhado
1 pitada de sal
250 g de farinha de trigo
1/2 saqueta de fermento em pó
75 ml de leite
20 g de cacau de culinária
50 g de chocolate semi-amargo
Gordura para untar a forma
Fogão

Aquecimento: E: Convexão
155-175°C
G: Nível 2
Tempo de cozedura: 55-65 minutos
Preparação:
Deite todos os ingredientes, excepto o chocolate e
o cacau na taça misturadora e misture tudo com as
varas para misturar durante 1/2 minutos no
nível 1, de seguida, durante 30 segundos no
nível 2 e, por fim, durante aprox. 5 minutos no
nível 4.
Parta o chocolate em pedaços grandes e rale-o
com o disco para ralar grosso na picadora.
Unte uma forma redonda (diâmetro: 20-22 cm) ou
uma forma rectangular (30 cm de comprimento).
Encha a forma com metade da massa e misture
então o cacau e o chocolate ralado na restante
massa.
Adicione agora a massa escura na massa clara
e misture a massa com um garfo formando
espirais.
Dica: Caso o pretenda, pode cobrir o bolo ainda
com 100 g de chocolate semi-amargo e de seguida
decorá-lo com natas e biscoitos de chocolate.
